📦 At Earth Rock, you may request returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery (excluding customized products). Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will cover return shipping costs and prioritize replacements or full refunds.

For non-defective returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.
